The 2008 CHC Lifting Conference featuring Focus Forward, Part 1: Bridge Infrastructure is being held at the Rio All Suite Hotel & Casino Hotel in Las Vegas, Nev., December 3-4, 2008.

Registration Details

Registration fees for the full conference pass include attendance to sessions from both conferences, access to the exhibit hall and the reception on Wednesday, December 3, 2008. Early-bird registration is $395 per person before Oct. 15, 2008, and $495 thereafter.

Discounts for groups of five or more, one-day passes and expo-only passes are available.

How to Register

There are three ways to register for 2008 CHC Lifting Conference featuring Focus Forward, Part 1: Bridge Infrastructure:

Mail -- download the registration form, complete for each person attending, and send with check or credit card information to: CHC 2008, c/o Milo Media, P.O. Box 99, Barrington, IL 60011
Fax -- download the registration form, complete for each person attending, and fax with credit card payments to: 847.382.8734. Registrations cannot be accepted by fax after Dec. 1, 2008. After that date, please bring completed registration forms with you to the event for on-site registration.

Cancellation Policy

To receive consideration, all cancellations must be received in writing. Upon receipt, a refund or credit will be issued towards a future event produced by Milo Media Publications, less a 25% administrative fee. (Cancellations which do not indicate preference will be issued credit.) No refunds will be issued within two (2) weeks of the event. Milo Media Publications will not be held responsible for cancellations or delays in programming due to acts of God, war, government disorder, curtailment of transportation facilities, or other emergency making it inadvisable, illegal or impossible to hold the meeting.
