Cancellations & Insurance
Cancellation Policy
In the event that the exhibit hall, or any other portion thereof, must be cancelled, Milo Media and Roads & Bridges will refund all fees paid by the exhibitor. If the exhibitor cancels, the exhibitor will forfeit the 50 percent deposit paid to Milo Media and Roads & Bridges as a result of the cancellation. The cancellation notice must be in writing and be postmarked on or before July 31, 2008.
Liability and Insurance
The person signing this contract represents that he/she has the authority to enter into this contract and bind his/her company to the terms set forth herein. The authorizing person acknowledges having read the general terms associated with the event and agrees to the terms as written.
